Payment Policy: A deposit is required upon booking. Any remaining balance is due in full upon delivery or customer pickup.

Cancellation Policy: For Tent Rentals: Deposit will be refunded only if tent is cancelled 30 or more days prior to function date. For Equipment Rentals: Deposit will be refunded only if equipment is cancelled 10 or more days prior to the function date, excluding Stampede Week.

Security Deposit: A credit card # and signature of card holder is required for loss or damage of equipment if any may occur.
*No refunds on unused equipment.

Delivery & Pick Up Policy: Delivery service is available. Call for pricing. Delivery & pickup is based on  9am - 5pm and a ground level drop. Additional charges may apply for specific time deliveries & pickups, stairs, some elevators, or if items need to be carted more than minimal distances. This policy applies to all rental equipment including tents. Upon pickup, all dinnerware, glassware, silverware, etc. must be completely rinsed food free and repacked in the same containers as delivered. A charge of $2.25 per dozen may be applied if items not rinsed. Tables & Chairs must be folded and ready for pickup. Our counts on items will be considered correct unless office is notified prior to function. Set up & tear down services are available, please inquire.

After Hours Delivery & Pickup: Additional charges may apply when delivery & pickup is required outside normal business hours. Please inquire.

Outside of Town Deliveries & Pickup: Mileage calculated pending location and crew required. Please inquire.

Permits: Customer is responsible for any and all permits which may be required.
