Good Time Party Rentals requires all staked tents have underground locates completed prior to any and all tent setups. All locates are only valid for 14-30 days.
Please see below for the necessary steps to complete the underground locates.
1. Please call Utility Safety Partners 1-800-242-3447 or https://utilitysafety.ca/
From Utility Safety Partners’ Website: A locate request submitted on this site will automatically notify the affected utility members based on the dig site area drawn by the user. A copy of your ticket will be emailed to you.
**Attention Acreage Owners: Please note Utility Safety Partners will only locate the utilities registered with them. Please plan for locating privately owned and customer owned buried utilities. This is in addition to locating any utilities owned by Utility Safety Partners’ members.
The utility company does not own these lines and therefore does not have any information about their location.
2. Secondary utilities will not be included in the report. This can include:
Privately installed lines (e.g. power from your house to your garage).
Secondary lines (e.g. electrical lines past the meter).
Customer-owned utilities (e.g. water and sewer lines are the responsibility of the property owner past the shutoff valve at the property line).
Irrigation systems will not be located (these must be marked by the property owner)
If this is the case it is up to the customer to contact a secondary line locater. This is a chargeable service and is independent from Good Time Party Rentals.

We are not allowed to setup your tent until all utilities have been located, including any privately owned utilities.
Tent (Snow): The customer accepts full liability for damage from snow or sleet to tent(s), in the event the customer does not provide adequate personnel to prevent the tents from accumulating damaging snow loads. It is the intent of the parties that the equipment is returned to Good Time Party Rentals at the end of this agreement in the same condition as equipment was at the start of this agreement. In the event of inability of Good Time Party Rentals to supply or install the tents to the customer due to any circumstances beyond the control of the company, including weather conditions (blizzards, temperatures below -15 Celsius), shall be for the return of any deposit and/or prepaid rental fees only.
